Dreaming your Teeth Fell Out

Have you ever dreamed that your teeth are falling out ? It's a pretty common
dream. Much research has been undertaken in this area. While some contend
that dreaming of your teeth falling out or decaying teeth could signify that you
are feeling ugly or that you are very appearance conscious.

Whether your teeth completely all fall out at once or slowly one at a time,
dreaming that your teeth have come out, is extremely common. These dreams
are all to do with perception - that is to say, how other people perceive you.
Unfortunately, we live in a world where good looks are highly valued and our
teeth play a significant part with that image.

In respect of
dream symbols.Your teeth symbolize your external appearance,
and losing them may uncover that you might not feel as appealing and
attractive as you once did. At the most fundamental level it signifies that we are
scared of being seen as unattractive by other people.

To dream about your teeth could simply be a reflection of your anxiousness
regarding your visual appearance and in particular, how others perceive you.
Alternatively, it could mean that you are not feeling nurtured or loved by those
around you.

Another rationalization for dreaming of your teeth falling out could be deep
seated in your concern of being humiliated or making a fool of yourself in some
particular state of affairs. You could be feeling concerned or apprehensive
regarding a test or upcoming demonstration, and to dream that your teeth are
falling out simply represents a magnification of your anxiousness.

Another interpretation submits that since teeth signify power, because they are
utilized for chewing, chomping, and gnawing, it could mean a fearfulness of
embarrassment or loss of power in real life. At a deeper level, to dream that
your teeth are falling out could represent that you are feeling helpless and
brushed aside in your life, and that you need to re-establish your assertiveness
and regain your power.

Of course it could mean that it's time to pay a visit to the dentist.
